VA Java Version 3.0 has two sets of CDs:
Standard Edition (Professional or Enterprise) includes JDK 1.1.7A and
Swing 1.0.3
Early Adopters (Professional or Enterprise) includes Java 2 as a
Technology Preview, and hence does not include all the
features/components of VA Java.

I was under the impression that Visual Age 3.0, did support Java 1.2(or
2.0)
and that you could access the new Swing Classes. I just received my copy
in
the mail today, so I guess I will find out real soon. If the new version
of
Visual Age does not support Java 1.2 and the new Swing classes, I will not
be in such a hurry to upgrade. Anyone else out there have any ideas?

It's my impression that even 3.0 of VisualAge only supports Swing 1.0.3.
Is this correct? Does anybody know if they plan to go to 1.1.1? Or
maybe
just make the leap to Java 2? How is this sort of thing usually handled
in VisualAge, with a new release, or on the Developer Connection?
Also, Borland used to have a version of JBuilder called JBuilder/400,
which
seems to have vanished. Does anybody know about that?
